“Well, we started out with eleven people coming, but then it dwindled down to two.  I don’t know why.  Maybe we should try doing it on a weekday evening instead.”  Have you ever heard--or had--this conversation about some church program?  One that was begun with good intentions, didn’t last, no one knows exactly why, but neither is anyone willing to give up on?  When church programs are evaluated by attendance numbers alone, they aren’t really evaluated, and were likely not well planned.  Sometimes good programs die while bad programs live on.  Let’s correct this irony together.  This course is divided into four weeks, each with an exercise for you to complete.
