In this four-session course you will come to an understanding of the church as a system of relationships. Through reading and dialogue about theology and theory, you will work with other students to clarify your understanding of the church and your role in it. Using Bowen Family Systems theory as applied to organizations and relationship systems as a theoretical base, you will explore ways to apply the theory to your local church context.
